The lack of English, speaking staff during check, out can be a challenge for communication.

Celebrated New Year's Eve in a hotel that had a very nice view of the cityscape and a heated pool to enjoy at night. the breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options to choose from and fresh fruits were a plus. the location was great, near to the subway and bus stops, and close to a shopping mall.

The language barrier with some of the staff was noticeable and made communication a bit difficult at times. the room smelled of cigarette smoke, and there was no option for non-smoking rooms.

Likes/Best Aspects: During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the spacious and clean room with two double beds. It was perfect for accommodating all of us. The location of the hotel was quite convenient, being close to the train station and other key attractions in the city. the hotel offered complimentary wired internet, which was a nice bonus for staying connected during my visit.

Dislikes/Worst Aspects: the room had a strong smell of old smoke, which was quite unpleasant.
